A creditor of centrist Sai Kung district councillor Christine Fong — who won the race to retain her seat on Sunday — has petitioned the High Court to declare her bankrupt, reportedly due to a land dispute.
HongKong's leader CarrieLam appeared in public for the first time since the complete electoral wipe out of her political allies and said people wanted to "go back to their normal lives" and could "no longer tolerate the chaos" of demonstrations.
