1 year agoThe Taipei #反送中 protests is only 20 minutes in and already hundreds have shown up with more pouring in, heard from one organizer they are expecting over a thousand people. Pleasantly surprised by the turnout, by far the biggest TW-HK solidarity protest to happen in a while.

1 year agoLarge crowds have gathered in Victoria Park to urge the gov't to withdraw the extradition bill and to oppose the police's use of force against Wednesday's protesters. The march is set to kick off at 2.30pm.
