11 month agoIt is a scene not seen many months in Yuen Long. Black-clad protesters have blocked streets in the district with cardboards, styrenefoam boxes and slippery detergent. So far, police presence is not heavy, but is expected to increase if the situation worsens
11 month agoAs the July 21 Yuen Long mob violence sees its anniversary today, hundreds have assembled again commemorating the incident for the 8th consecutive month. People claim that that day marked a collusion of Hong Kong police and local mobs. Many were injured that day.
