A witness tells RTHK that riot police ignored people's cries for help after a "stampede" in Yau Ma Tei last night, as firefighters confirm they saw the aftermath.
Police said they found 3,900 petrol bombs in CUHK and the university found 100L of sulfuric acid and nitric acid missing. "How many are 3,900 petrol bombs If you throw one every 10 seconds, it will take you 11 hours to throw them all out." Police PR head Kwok Ka-chuen said

Police have lengthened their cordon all the way down Chatham Rd S to Mody Rd and pushed people gathered back a block or so in the area near the Science Museum. The safest place to gather at the moment is west of Chatham Rd S
