Apparently, one admin of the main telegram group that's coordinating HongKong AntiELABhk has been arrested by police. Group lost a few thousand members in the last few hours.
New barricades are being erected. The occupation does not appear to have dispersed, just moved further into the CBD.
In the Pacific Place in Admiralty, the police repeatedly raised the black flag and warned that tears would be applied.

UK urges Hong Kong to listen to concerns of its people
The demonstrators continued to retreat to the business district of the Admiralty and the shopping malls, during which police officers threw tear gas in the Golden Bell Gallery.

Police are trying to seal shut the doors of the Far East Finance Centre on Harcourt Road, where a group of protesters have barricaded themselves inside. Among the group are first aiders.

Bricks dug up in barricade attempt on Lung Wo Road
On Tim Wa Avenue, police are spraying pepper-based solution at protesters, who use umbrellas to protect themselves. A policeman is holding up a red banner which reads: "Stop charging or we use force."
